Establishing Standard Time Frames
- Once logged in to the Echo Network manager portal navigate to "Time Frames"
- Select the "Business Hours" time frame
- Select the appropriate days of the week and use the sliders to control the time frame for your business hours (the sample below depicts business hours as Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Step 2: Edit After Hours
- Once logged in to the Echo Network manager portal navigate to "Time Frames"
- Select the "After Hours" time frame
- Select the appropriate days of the week and use the sliders to control the time frame for after hours (the sample below depicts after hours as Monday - Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all day Saturday and Sunday)
